Is BBDbuy legit and safe?

How much does BBDbuy cost?
On general platforms (Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Weidian) there's no purchasing fee — you pay the item price plus domestic shipping. A flat 10 RMB per item applies on special platforms like Xianyu and Douyin. Then you pay international shipping. Full breakdown on the Fees & Costs page.
How is international shipping calculated?
It's basic freight (by the greater of actual and volumetric weight) plus a customs fee (~10–30 RMB) and warehouse handling (~8 RMB). You pay an estimated deposit at parcel submission, reconciled by the final measured weight — see Shipping.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the shipping line and your country. Economy lines are cheaper and slower; express lines cost more and arrive sooner. Estimated times are shown per line in your account when you submit the parcel.
Will I pay customs or import tax?
Possibly — duty and VAT are set by your own country's customs, not by BBDbuy. Check your local import thresholds before placing large orders.
What payment methods are accepted?
BBDbuy supports multiple currencies and international payment methods. You pay for the product first, then the shipping deposit when you submit your parcel.

What are QC photos and how many do I get?
QC (quality control) photos are taken at the warehouse before shipping. You get 3–5 free photos per order, checking defects, size and colour. Learn how to read them on the QC & Storage page.
How long can BBDbuy store my items?
Up to 90 days free, so you can consolidate several orders into one parcel. Extended storage is available if you need longer.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Some sellers support returns, generally within a short window after the item is warehoused. Return shipping and any fees are usually paid by the buyer unless the seller is at fault. See Returns & Support for eligibility.
Do I earn anything for ordering?
Yes — you earn reward points when you confirm receipt of a package, which can be redeemed for products or perks on the BBDbuy platform.
