Find an item on Taobao, Tmall or 1688 and paste its link into the search bar — or type a keyword, or use image search to find similar products.

If a pasted link opens the DIY order page, the item needs manual purchase — fill in the details and click Buy Now or Add to Cart.

BBDbuy auto-fetches 99% of product info from Taobao/Tmall/1688. Select colour, size and quantity, then Add to Cart or Buy Now and Checkout.

Choose your payment method and pay for the product plus domestic shipping within China.

Multiple currencies supported. Add your destination country and any optional value-added services before submitting.

The BBDbuy team contacts the seller and buys your item. Track it through Pending Purchase → Ordered → Shipped → Delivered → Warehoused.

On arrival at the warehouse your item is inspected, weighed and photographed — with 3 free QC photos and up to 90 days free storage.

Submit a parcel or add more items for consolidation any time. Items stored over 180 days may be discarded.

In the Warehouse page, select items, click Submit Parcel, enter your international address and choose a delivery method.
