What payment methods are accepted?
BBDbuy supports multiple currencies (RMB and foreign currencies). You pay for the product first; international shipping is paid as a deposit when you submit your parcel, then reconciled by final weight and volume.

What does a return/exchange cost?
Unconditional return: seller’s first shipping + warehouse return shipping + 5 RMB service fee.
Unconditional exchange: the above + seller’s resend shipping + 5 RMB service fee.
Even if the original order had free shipping, the first shipping cost must be reimbursed.
Who pays — customer or seller?
Customer (don’t want / wrong choice / budget): bears shipping both ways + service fee.
Seller (wrong item or quality issue): seller bears the cost (exceptions apply).
Domestic shipping damage: handled per situation.
